Firewind Productions strives for complete customer satisfaction.  During the design and development period (see "No Worries Website: Terms of Use" for details), the Designer will make all changes to your website design, layout, and navigation necessary to meet the Client's specifications and needs.  At any time during the design & development period, if the Client is unsatisfied for any reason, the subscription may be cancelled and the Client will receive a full refund of the subscription price, minus any rush charges.
