CUSTOM DESIGN SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you aren't completely satisfied with your apparel design(s), I will refund 100% of the purchase price if order is cancelled before any printing is done, or 50% of the purchase price if the order is cancelled after any printing has begun. HOW IT WORKS:

These packages include design and file prep for apparel printing only and do not include color separations or printing. If you are sending your own art, please see art specs below. If design or file prep is estimated to take longer than 30 minutes, we'll notify you before any work proceeds with a quote. You will receive a PDF proof via email which you must approve in writing before any printing will proceed.

Turnaround:

Turnaround varies by complexity of the design and the number of colors in the design, but you should have your art in hand within 5 business days. If you need them sooner, let me know in the form that will pop up when you add your design(s) to the cart.

Art Specs:

For best results, please include all art at at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch) at the actual size it will be printed. Please convert all fonts to paths/curves. TIF, PSD or PDF are the most recommended formats but we will also accept layout files for InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator as long as all fonts and linked images are included with the layout file.
